201602 小夫妻帶路遊歐洲 ♡ 春節滑雪去：行前準備。新天鵝堡住宿篇 Schwangau
這次因為是帶爸媽公婆出國 所以爸媽公婆對於新天鵝堡超～～～級期待的
想當然的 乖女兒好媳婦在挑選住宿更不能馬虎
爸媽公婆對於住宿的期待＋我設定的條件有幾個：
1. 要有停車場
這在新天鵝堡附近的小鎮不難 但在富森那種比較大的鎮就比較困難了
2. 要有三間雙人房
三對情侶當然要分開睡比較自在 但很多小鎮上的民宿房間不夠我們住！
3. 房間要看的到新天鵝堡
這是為了滿足公婆的小小願望而設定的 對老人家來說房間就可以看到城堡是多酷的一件事情啊～
4. 最好是有公寓式的房間
一家人再一起如果有個客廳比較溫馨嘛！
新天鵝堡附近的住宿在網路上也有非常多分享
就我搜尋的經驗 新天鵝堡附近的住宿分成三個地區：
⇰霍恩施萬高 Hohenschwangau：
距離很近但看不到城堡風景
⇰中間小鎮Alterschrofen、Horn、Schwangau：
有城堡風景但距離施萬高與富森2公里遠
⇰富森Fussen：
很可愛的古典小鎮但看不到城堡風景，決定中間小鎮可看風景距兩邊都不遠
我最後決定選擇在看的到城堡風景的中間小鎮群Alterschrofen、Horn、Schwangau
這樣不僅出了旅館、甚至在旅館的陽台上就可以欣賞到新天鵝堡的景色
距離附近的施萬高也不遠 開車只要不到10分鐘就可以到了
無論是吃飯、觀賞風景或是到附近的滑雪場滑雪或是做任何活動都很方便哩！！

這家旅館是我第一時間就下訂的 不過後來因為發現更好的所以取消了
旅館的地點就在新天鵝堡對面的Horn小鎮上
因為距離新天鵝堡很近的關係 所以在小鎮上窗戶就可看到風景
而且這間旅館的價格很便宜還含早餐
我看中的房間是可以看到新天鵝堡景色的4人公寓 加上一間2人公寓
不過後來寫信去詢問才發現 4人公寓並沒有2間雙人房唷～
裡面只有一間雙人房 然後另一張雙人房就放在一個輕隔間的空間裡面
這樣對於我們家這次出遊的3對夫妻來說 是有點缺乏隱私了點
所以後來被我硬生生地取消啦～
不過如果你們是全家出遊還有帶小朋友的話
個人是非常非常推薦這間旅館的4人公寓 有廚房有早餐還有風景
簡直棒透了唷！

這間公寓就是我當初拋棄Haus Alpenrose的原因！！！
你們看看下面的照片 這間公寓實在是太美太豪華太高檔了啊啊啊啊～（尖叫）
房間完全是一整個北歐風 美到爆炸又窗明几淨的
我對於落地窗整的就非常沒有抵抗力 再加上木質地板完全是噹噹噹正中我紅心！
而且這間民宿公寓的門口就可以直接看到新天鵝堡的美景
院子裡還有BBQ設備可以讓住戶們使用
尬的 我個人對於在寒冷的天氣裡面烤肉一直情有獨鍾
所以在我看到這間公寓之後 眼裡再也容不下任何一粒沙看不上其他間旅館
直接就在網路上下訂了！！
採光明亮的超美臥室
戶外還有躺椅 好適合夏天來這裡渡假啊！
沒想到！！！！.............................
晴天霹靂 天不從人願。。。
訂房網站在我下訂後隔幾天 居然寄了一封信來說訂房必須取消
因為旅館主人不小心"overbooked"了～
只能說 我們在新天鵝堡的住宿地點真的是一波三折啊啊啊啊！！
幸好我們當時是用Booking.com訂的房間
所以Booking.com的聯繫人員很有耐性地詢問我們換房的意願以及需求
最後終於也順利地升等到了另一間更高檔的旅館 而且價差還是由Booking.com支付唷！！！
所以下面就提供一下我們最後被升等的這間旅館的相關資訊吧～

如同上述所言 這間旅館是我們意外被取消訂房之後升等的
所以既然差額會由Booking.com支付 那我們挑選旅館當然就無上限囉～
我最後選擇的這間旅館是附近算相當高檔的飯店
不僅房費有含早餐 甚至旅館裡面還有自己的溫泉桑拿唷！！
旅館的某些房間甚至可以欣賞到2公里外的新天鵝堡風景 所以二話不說就升等這間旅觀囉！

Booking.com幫我們升級的這間算是新天鵝堡附近相當相當高級的旅館
旅館位置就可以看到新天鵝堡不說 房間也是大得要命又舒服
旅館規模算是比較大型的家庭式旅館
走廊窗明几淨的很舒服
喔喔！重點是 地下一樓還有桑拿蒸氣室可以使用！
再來看看我最重視的早餐吧～
餐廳很大很漂亮！
中間三個吧檯區通通是食物取用區！
媽啊第一天來用餐的時候真的有被這早餐的規模嚇到了
超多種類的啊！
其中一櫃式沙拉蔬果區～
再來是火腿培根起士區
旁邊還有各式的優格和香腸和蛋
Ethan最愛的穀物區
他每天早上勢必都會先來一碗熱牛奶加穀物
還有一櫃是我的最愛！！
各式各樣的自製果醬 右邊那個更誇張
那個拉Bar是三種不同的蜂蜜 超濃郁香醇的蜂蜜！！
旁邊還有種類多到炸掉的各式茶包和咖啡
我和Ethan每天早上都會來兩杯咖啡和一杯茶
吃的超撐才出門
還有一大堆讓你吃不完兜著走的麵包～
每天都吃到超級滿足的啊！！
這棟建築旅館之外 隔壁還有一間網路評價非常高的餐廳唷～

從旅館有一個們可以直接通到餐廳去 完全不用走到外面
我們第二個晚上因為懶得出門 所以就直接穿著睡衣走到隔壁餐廳用餐了
感覺超好超舒適的啊！
最後附上第二個晚上在餐廳用餐的照片啦～
我頭髮還呈現一個全到家後全部往後綁的阿匹婆的狀態咧 哈哈哈哈哈！！
★Booking.com上訂房被取消的相關補償措施經驗分享★
《小夫妻的小叮嚀》
在Booking.com訂房網站上面下訂旅館 會有旅館商家或訂房網站提供入住保證
也就是當你下訂之後 訂房網站和旅館必須負起『保證讓下訂的客人可以入住』的義務
所以如果像小夫妻這次一樣－已經下訂了卻因為旅館的某些原因取消我的訂位
是可以直接請訂房網站讓你重新挑選替代的旅館
價差部分會全額由訂房網站補償唷！！
（但你也不要原本訂100歐的結果給人家挑個1000歐的唷。。。）
舉例來說
像我們這次新天鵝堡的住宿第一次下訂的Appartements Coloman被取消
Booking.com的流程如下：
1. 網站人員會先按照原本的搜尋條件找間類似的給你
Booking.com的人員先來信告知我的訂房被取消之後
直接幫我找了一間類似條件的旅館 並告知我所有的差額都會由Booking.com吸收
但因為當時他們自己幫我找的旅館不符合我的需要 所以又陸續信件往返溝通了好幾次
最後我自己在網站上找到了喜歡的旅館 所以直接把Hotel Weinbauer的名字給他
Booking.com的人員會直接把你之前的訂單更改成你選的這間唷～
2. 入住旅館時仍須先支付全額
至於付款方式 因為退差額這是Booking.com和我之間的事情
所以更改後的新旅館Hotel Weinbauer這邊 在退房時還是要由我先支付款項
並且把付款的收據留存下來
3. 行程結束後寫信去告知退款帳號
回國之後只要把收據掃描或拍照之後寄給Booking.com
他們就會在一周之內退款到你給訂的帳戶囉！！！
也因為這次的經驗
不只讓小夫妻在新天鵝堡的住宿大大升級 從原本一晚77歐的房型升等成一晚110歐的高級旅館
旅行還真是可以讓人學到不少寶貴的經驗呢！！
想當初2015年我們的義大利之旅在米蘭的住宿也被取消
當時訂房網站的聯絡人員很賊的沒有告訴我我有這個權利
害我傻呼呼的自己重新下訂 早知道可以用原價格訂到比較好的房間我就可以住市中心啦！！
最後附上我當時和訂房網站信件往返的內容 提供大家參考
